AMD FX 6350 and Radeon R7 260x Setup Help

Hey guys, I'm aiming to get the following setup for a gaming rig:

-Motherboard: M5A97 LE R2.0
-CPU: AMD FX 6350
-GPU: Sapphire Radeon R7 260x
-RAM: 2x Kingston HyperX 4GB 1600hz DDR3
-PSU: ATX550W P4

I want to know if I aimed right, or if I have to change something in the setup... For instance the Power Supply Unit, maybe; or the Motherboard for it to be fully compatible with the GPU and CPU. I don't want no bottleneck, and I want it to have as good performance as possible, knowing that it is a budget rig.

What are you trying to play? Yes you definitely need to switch the power supply. XFX,Seasonic or EVGA are good brands.

I'm trying to play GTA IV on Max Settings, Fallout New Vegas heavily modded with graphic tweaks, etc.
Which PSU's should I get... I know NOTHING about PSU's to be honest, so what wattage, amperage, etc. should I aim for?
