1) Buy a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO to cool things:

As said don't overclock on stock.

3) How much you can overclock depends on:
- CPU cooler (and room temp, case cooling...)
- Motherboard (voltage stability)
- silicon lottery for your CPU

4) FYI:
For gaming the FX-8120 will bottleneck any good graphics card, but keep in mind that many FUTURE GAMES will take much better advantage of your CPU due to multi-thread optimizations in DX12.

All chips are different there is no way i can tell you with any accuracy what voltage will get you what frequency it depends on how good your particular 8120 is. But that bulldozer architecture runs hot as hell dont even think about trying this on the the stock cooler it WILL NOT be able to handle it you could seriously damage your cpu, get a decent cooler before you even think about overclocking. just increse the multiplier a little run prime 95 or something similar for a while and see if it freezes or crashs if it does not its stable if it does you may want to increase the voltage a bit.

well i know that already,i have a gtx 970 g1 gaming,recenlty upgraded,thing is i tried to overclock and found a stable frequency and voltage,but fps in games didnt change at all

well,i tried to overclock but every time it was not stable,when i tried to go in game ,game froze,one time i got it and tried assassins creed unity
still my fps was 30-40 and after a little got bsod,also tried to oc my gpu from its program,but still not more fps

You need to get your system stable.

Make sure to test with MEMTEST as well as a good CPU diagnostic utility (I use Intel's so not sure what AMD programs are available).

There's several things that could make things unstable including:
- temp
- CPU (silicon lottery for overclocking)
- motherboard (Voltage regulator stability for CPU)

As for your lack of FPS increase that's hard to say. First of all you may have got a slight increase but just can't tell as it varies. It depends on how much you overclocked and how much the game is CPU or GPU bottlenecked at that point.

For example if you had a 100% CPU bottleneck which rarely happens a 10% overclock would only get you from 30FPS to 33FPS.
