AMD FX-8150 High temperatures

Hello, my system is:
CPU: AMD FX-8150@ 3,6 GHz
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 (Rev 1.1, latest BIOS)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
GPU: MSI AMD R9 290 4GB
PSU: BeQuiet 600W

I have a series of issues, but the most important one is that my processor overheats when using a extremely graphically demanding game.

Currently, it iddles at 37-38ºC and caps at 65ºC after an hour with Prime95 (x64 version).

I know the CPU runs hot, but I'm using a Küler h2o 620 to cool it and Artic Silver 5 paste (I know how to apply paste), So I figured that it may run cooler, but it has made no difference. And yes, çI use EasyEnergySaver with throttling on and the most agressive voltage settings.

The thing is that when I push the graphics card to the max (Skyrim with ENB with all features on) the CPU overheats and shuts down after 15-25 minutes.

Also, my Windows 8 Pro x64 freezes randomly for 10-30 seconds.

I suspect my GPU takes too much power from the PSU, and somehow (maybe energy spikes) causes it to overheat past what the throttling can handle.

Still, it's running too hot (room temperature around 25ºC). I'd like to have an opinion from someone who knows more about this CPU before buying a new PSU.

It always ran hot (27-58ºC) without OC, but since I bought the new card (the old one was an AMD HD6950 1GB) it runs even hotter and acts up as described. I have turned APM from AUTO to ENABLED in the BIOS, but makes no difference, activating or deactivating Cool&Quiet makes no difference either.

Thank you.

Solution
A 700w PSU is the minimum that most GPU manufactures recommend for an R9 290. Start there to solve that issue for sure.

Your temps are what I would expect for that cooler. Its not a very thick radiator; looks like a H60 clone.

Any cooling solution you'd reccomend?

Depends on how big your case is. If it fits, definitely a Corsair H100i. Then you can really overclock your 8150.

Yes, you can definitely shave off a few degrees with the right push/pull fan setup.

Buy this fan (comes in a dual pack) and place one in "push" position on the radiator. The other fan should be pulling (exhaust):

If you are unfamiliar with push/pull fan design, look at the below pics for example (one is a good example of how to setup push/pull even on a small case):

Had a look at PSUs.. getting a 850w Gold label one as soon as my paycheck arrives. Thatt will give me room for even a second 290.
As for the fans, they're already on the way. I'll keep the thread informed of my advances :)

The new PSU arrived. a Certified 80+ Silver 850W one from Antec (better bang for my buck, the difference was 1% in efficiency). It has worked marvells! The temperature after an hour on Prime95 is 49ºC (max 50ºC), and now iddles at 24-27ºC. When the fans come, it'll be even cooler... and more silent :)

I can't figure out why my system with 8150 is running hot, vcore will sometimes get 80+ and CPU will get hot and shut the system down. Usually if Visual studio is open or some web browsers, I'm not doing anything crazy.

My cpu is corsair 750rm and I have a sabertooh 990 motherboard. It's usually fine then twice a day it just heats up and will auto shut down, then I have to wait a while to let it cool down
