Well, Romania makes it hard. Is there anyplace you can order from online? Does Amazon deliver to your at all and if so, which countries version of Amazon do you have to use? OR, is there a different online retailer in your country that you like to order from, or do you buy everything from some kind of local shop?

I've dealt with a lot of members that have to buy locally, especially in places like India or many of the upper European and Russian territories, and it makes it really difficult because it cuts down tremendously on what we can recommend and the cost is always much higher than some other places.

The two motherboards you have listed above are not good for overclocking FX 8 core processors. For FX 6 core they might just barely...

Romania ! I already own the gpu and the ram but i need to buy a new psu and mobo and a cpu cooler . My budget is 1300 RON ( 330$ ).

Any of these motherboards would be a good choice for overclocking that CPU:

From the best to the worst, of all the models that I would recommend for overclocking. (If you don't see it here, it's probably not good for overclocking unless it is something that came out in the last year or so. There are a couple like that, but mostly if it's not here, it's not good enough)

Model numbers are somewhat unclear, as there are other boards for other chipsets that use similar naming like Extreme4 etc., but all of these will be either 990FX, 990X or 970 chipsets and just make sure that what you are looking at says it is for the AM3+ CPU socket.

GA-990FXA-UD7
M5A99X EVO (R2.0 as well)
GA-990XA-UD3
990XA-GD55
GA-970A-UD3P
M5A97 or EVO or PRO (R.2 as well)
GA-970A-UD3
Extreme6
Extreme9
Fatal1ty 990FX Professional
Crosshair V Formula-Z
Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
GA-99FXA-UD5
MSI GD80V2
M5A99FX PRO R2.0
GA-99FXA-UD3
970 GAMING
970A SLI Krait
MSI GD65V2
990FX Killer
Extreme4
Extreme 3 R2.0

That PSU will be just fine with that hardware. If you had a Haswell or newer Intel system, then it wouldn't because of the fact that it is an older group regulated design inside, but for that older AMD hardware it will work fine and has plenty of capacity and quality for what you want to do.

As far as the CPU cooler goes, I'd really need to know what is available to you before I could make a recommendation. A lot of people on a budget go with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO but if there is something better available in your area, I'd really look at them because that's not the greatest cooler in the world for overclocking, but it will work if it has to.
