AMD FX-8320 and ASUS m5a97 r2.0

I am new to overclocking and was wondering how I am currently doing. I turned the turbo core off in the bios and changed the multiplier to 20. This has brought my processor to a 4.0 mhz clock speed and has its temp at a max of 55 degrees Celsius. The socket temp is at a max of 45 degrees and the vcore voltage is sitting at a max of 1.416 V. I was wondering how I am doing and would appreciate any feedback. Thank you in advance.

Here is my setup
Processor: AMD FX 8320
Motherboard: Asus m5a97
Ram: Gskill Ares 2x4gb
PSU: Seasonic x series 650w gold
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
GPU: Sapphire Radeon r9 280

Wow that's really good. Those temperatures are bit too good actually for that voltage and cooler combination. Did you stress test your CPU, and if so, what did you use?

I was stress testing with prime95 and it shut off after a while. Had to repair windows had a heart attack but its all good now. I think that cpuid was reading the temps wrong. Now I am scared to death to try it again any tips. Could this be an effect of leaving the voltage on auto?

It's generally better to manually adjust the voltage because you have more control over heat and thus the temperature.
