AMD FX-8320 Clock Speed Problem

So I have an AMD FX-8320 CPU and it is operating at 3706 MHz. In BIOS settings and AMD overdrive, it is to target 3500 MHz on default and I have not changed anything. I was wondering if this was normal or how to fix it to stay down at 3500MHz instead of reaching 3706MHz.

It's normal don't scared.3500MHz is the base,if you do open some software like play a game,your cpu will auto to boost cpu clock,and FX-8320 boost max is 4000MHz.
