AMD FX-8320 Crashes

To keep it short, I literally have to underclock my AMD FX-8320 down to around 70% if I want to keep from crashing during gameplay. This includes games such as Arma 3, DayZ Standalone, Skyrim, SkyrimSE, For Honor, Planetside 2, GTA V, The Division, and so on.
Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: Radeon R9 280X 3GB
RAM: 16gb (don't remember specific kind)
MOBO: MSI 970A SLI Krait Edition
Cooling is just a couple stock fans, nothing special. I've been thinking for awhile that this is probably the issue.
Anyone know of any programs or free options that I can use? I'm not really trying to drop a ton of money on a new CPU or cooling atm. Any advice is appreciated.

PSU: Cooler Master G750M
Cooling is just some fans that came with the case I believe. It was a long ass time ago and I don't have the boxes anymore :/
As for temps, I have speedfan however I don't know what my temps should be whilst playing games and such.

The fans are the ones that were either in my old PC or are the ones that came with the case. Boutta open her up and check.
While in a browser, my temps on speed fan are: (in celsius)
Temp1: 56
Temp2: 58
Temp3: 35
HD0: 31
HD1: 36
GPU: 48
Core: 37
However if I start up something like DayZ Standalone the temps hover around:
Temp1: 64
Temp2: 65
Temp3: 35
HD0: 33
HD1: 36
GPU: 50
Core: 50
Do keep in mind this is while the CPU is underclocked at 70%.
Don't know if this helps at all, I'm not all too familiar with speedfan.

Just ran DayZ while at 100% CPU speed (full 3.5ghz) and here's what I came back with temp-wise:
Temp1: Max=69 Avg=63
Temp2: Max=75 Avg=70
GPU: Max=67 Avg=56
CPU: Max=67 Avg=58
Other temps remained stagnant.
I eventually crashed due to a "memory" error, despite my 16gb of RAM. More often than not this so called memory error has no actual issue with memory, atleast in my experience.
I probably would have crashed sooner as I did last a good 5-10 minutes before crashing, but I believe the only real reason it didn't happen sooner was because I wasn't moving around all that much ingame, making it less work to render.
