AMD FX-8320 Only using 2 cores?

I just upgraded my pc and the following are my specs
AMD FX 8320
GA 970 Gaming

I was expecting 8 cores or something working for my CPU but now I tried to reset CMOS, disable quiet and cooling, even BIOS setting. All the things I did is not working.. I tried to turbo since one of my 8320 friend user said to me that he overdrive and his cores are unlock. But somehow it didn't unlock cores for me
