Amd Fx 8320 Problem with Loud Fans

I'm using the amd fx 8320 and when I do things that put load on my cpu such as gaming the fan gets really loud and I'm using the hyper 212 evo

It's an air cooler but it shouldn't be noisy unless there were something strange about the fan profile.
I would suggest you to download and use MSI Afterburner and make yourself a fan curve profile so that you can choose how fast it would spin at different temps.
