AMD FX-8320 vs AMD FX-8350

I am going to get a new case and salvage as much parts on my old computer as possible-

Motherboard-Asus M5A78L-M/USB3
CPU-AMD FX-6300 (stock cooler)
RAM-Kingston 2x4
PSU-300 Watts

I need a faster CPU for streaming, just barely though, so Im trying to decide if I should get a nice cooler and overclock the CPU or sell it and get a new one. If I sell it I would get the FX-8320 or FX-8350 (May overclock both CPU's). I am willing to pay for better performance but I dont know if its worth it. Also I dont know if my Motherboard is that good at overclocking. It might be worht it to get the FX-8350 on my motherboard and save money there. What should I do???

8320 can be easily OCed to 8350 I mean the 8320 turbo into the 8350 stock speed so it will be easily getting OCed to processor's turbo speed (beware of stock fan noise)
I am more worried about the PSU and your motherboard VRMs
for the VRMs you can easily install a VRM heatsink for it (or blow air into it)
for the PSU i highly advise you to get a good quality PSU that it at least 500w
What is your GPU ?

My gpu is a GT 430 (way outdated) and I wasnt going to move that over to my new case (I have a tiny HP stock case). I plan on getting an GTX 750ti or GTX 760 or a Radeon card (Havent looking into the AMD's yet.). I also pan on getting a better power supply too.

Good , for good PSUs check the PSU tier list
Options for CPU :
Get 8320 + 212 hyper evo for the price of 8350 and overclock it to 8350 level
Get 8350 and stay at stock
on both get a fan for the VRMs and install it right above the VRMs
I would prefer the 8320+212 hyper option
after installing the fan on VRMs and having a good cooler on the CPU you could try overclocking above 8350 level
and once you see throttling that will be your motherboard limit .
FX 6000 series have 6 cores
FX 8000/9000 series have 8 cores
so you get extra 2 cores you can run more programs at once on it

The Hyper 212 is nice but I had both it and the N520 and compared to my current cooler which is a
CNPS11X Performa by Zalman there is no comparison. The Zalman keeps my FX8320E a good 10 degrees f cooler than the N520 which kept a good 4-6 degrees f cooler than the 212 did under load. Now no matter how hard I slam it I can't get the FX8320E above 118F and that is after 6 hours of handbrake slamming all 8 cores non stop. If money is super tight get the 212 but if you can swing the extra $10 get the Zalman, its quieter and has better heat dissipation IMHO.

A word of advice though, seriously think about getting a full size ATX case down the road, I too used to use MATX cases until I was given a full ATX as a gift and the difference in temps is just unreal, my 1035T I had at the time went from a high of 139F under load to 126F simply by moving to a full ATX with a couple of decent fans. My current case (A Rosewill Thor) has 4 230mm fans stock and even with 3 HDDs and an SSD, an R9280 and the above FX8 my system stays whisper quiet and cool as ice. the MATX cases are simply too cramped to get decent airflow so its an upgrade well worth looking into down the line.
