well, at stock clock (3.5Ghz), it'll be a just slightly hold back gtx770 real performance..
overclocking it to 8350 clock (4.0Ghz) will make your system better..and (almost) free of bottleneck effect

only consume 374 watt for total power consumption while gaming..

and 383 watt while stressing with Furmark for total power consumption

So, any 500w+ good psu from well known brand (seasonic, corsair, antec, fsp, etc) more than enough to run your system...

if your psu is a good quality psu, then your 650w psu is more than you need..

SR-71 thank you but there's power supply's that you plug the cable into them the one you gave me the cables all stack together i want do cable management thank you again
