So i thought i had a bad chip but turns out that my H60 crapped out. But before that i had them send me another 8320. So now i have two 8320s and idk which one to use, i mean one of these could me a golden egg. they other could me a bad one. So my idea with the stock coolers is to have them both at one setting and never change that setting. run them both in prime 95 for an hour record the temps and whoever is cooler wins. i want at least 4.5ghz out of this chip already ordered an NH-14D. what are yalls thought about this

Solution
I think you pretty much solved your own problem to a degree, if i was destined to get a good overclock with reasonable voltages and settings i'd try both chips out, as not all chips play the same way.

Once you've pick one you can sell the other or keep it as backup. Or you can even build a nice new little machine with the spare chip.
