So I bought and built my first pc a few months ago, but at the time was way too busy to check for stability and i guess today im having crashes when i stream on obs while gaming any fps like apex or TF2. I think i found that the cores might be having issues after running a prime 95 stress test for about 20 minutes. seems to be that cores 3+4 are just behaving weirdly. these are my specs.

It's not the size of the mobo, it's just a low end chipset, and a high end chip in terms of power. If I were in your shoes I'd research the returns policy and kick up a stink that they are not working together, get store credit, put the memory on ebay add to that what you can and start again. A modern cpu will be a lot better for you.
Well to be honest i wouldnt know how to check it. i have the 3 stock fans that came with the case but i guess it could use some improvement. any recommendations on what part/s would help remedy that or changing some BIOS settings? it is all stocked and not Oc'ed. i was thinking of buying a new motherboard but not sure what would be great for it.

Those boards and ones like them are notorious for stability problems with the 125w CPUs, the VRMs are just not strong enough to reliable power them. A proper motherboard isn't likely to be cheap[ as AM3+ has been out of production for awhile and even then you'd be spending money on an old platform that doesn't perform all that well to begin with.

Are you saying I would need another PSU? might take a while to scrap up that cash but i think its do-able, I would just need what directions to look for lol. im not really tech savy and understand all the lingo, but if its multiple parts that would need to be changed i could also do that.

It's unlikely to be the PSU, there's a portion of the mobo that takes power and converts it into lower voltage higher current power for the CPU, your CPU is stretching that part of the mobo. They can perform worse if they are too warm, but with 4+1 power phases doing that work it's not likely to be just a heat issue.

Then What would your suggestions be? im willing to try and find a solution to it. i just wouldnt know where to begin is all. Im thinking of seriously upgrading the Mobo but not sure what would be a upgrade. i also dont have a deep pocket so if its cheap would also help. A friend Warned me about small atx mobos but i was cheap with and i guess its acting up on me now. maybe more fans? I honestly dont know what would help but never installed fans even thought i'd like to because i just never thought i could do it.
