AMD FX 8350 for budget system ?

Okay so I sold my system about 2 or 3 moths ago which was 8GB 1600MHz RAM, AMD FX 6300 and a GTX 1060.

Now I have realised I can no longer live without a PC for games Haha.

I have seen a bungle deal of a FX 8350+24GB RAM and a Asus M5a97 R2.0 mobo for £160

Is this an okay deal ?
This is only a temp build because i just want comething to play on for gta v and some RUST gameplay which i know is un optimised but used to get decent fps with the FX 6300

Was going to go with an intel system but not sure. I am buy used if that help and have £160 odd

Then what would you recommend ? I have £160 for MOBO, CPU and RAM and needs to play games decently haha
