AMD FX-8350 For Streaming?

Would the AMD FX-8359 handle well if I was trying to stream Counter Strike at 720p 60fps?

Thanks man I thought about spending $300 USD in an i7-4790k but I thought about it for a moment and I was looking at some AMD products and found this bad boy

Although the AMD has 8 cores, it's still outmatched by Any intel above the i5-4690k. If you have the money for the i5, i would recommend it strongly. And the 8350 needs a good motherboard like a MSI 970 Gaming to run at full burn, due to cheap AM3+ motherboards having lack of VRM capacitors, that will say the units that give power to the CPU. A good 80+ PSU is also important both for AMD and Intel systems.
