AMD FX 8350 frequency issue

So, when I upgraded my old 6100 to a new 8350, I got a strange issue, my FPS in games isn't better, but its maybe worse then before. I decided to check everything I could, so I started. I'm not changing anything in the BIOS, so I think its the default. But when I tried the AMD OverDrive, to check the frequencies with Intel Burn Test, I've seen, the Mhz is still on 1400Mhz.

My setup is:
AMD FX 8350
MSI 970 Gaming
CoolerMaster ElitePower 500W
