AMD FX 8350 pc part picker says bios update needed

on this build, (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GxDNJV) it says Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.

Also if you can give me some advice on how to save money or improve performance would be great

Presuming it's a new re. 2 motherboard, the FX-8350 is supported since BIOS FA (first release). Why would you build a new system using obsolete components?

Save money/improve performance? - Don't build on a dead FX platform.
