I've seen others here with the same setup, but many of the answers are different. Some say 600 is enough, while some say you would need 700+. Any idea?
No over clocking...

I wouldn't recommend that unit. From Rosewill I pretty much only recommend the Capstone series units as trustworthy. This unit would be fine though:
