amd fx 8350 showing 4 core and 4 thread

i have my athlon x4 640 and now i change to amd fx 8350 and im using also msi 970 gaming mobo but now its showing only 4 core and 4 thread in cpu-z also in windows task manager its also 4 core

someone helping me and give some tips to fix that=(

First check BIOS to confirm 8 cores are detected and settings are appropriate. If they are, confirm Windows has detected the 8350's cores using MSconfig

Search bar/Run > MSconfig> Boot > Advanced > Number of processors > Try to select 8

You may need to reinstall windows, or re-initialise the HAL.

Device Manager, Processors: Uninstall all processors (probably the old one) and reboot.
