AMD FX 8350 Temp jumps

So I sit at idle with my 8350 at about 8-10 degrees c. (corsair h55 watercooler)

It sometimes just randomly jumps to 17-20. Is this normal ? I looked in task manager and nothing seems to be causing the jumps

Anyone know whats going on ? Measured temps using Speccy and core temp

You have some erroneous readings there. Unless it's in a very cold room, idle temps expected should not be less than 5 - 10c ABOVE room temperature, water cooled or not. Specially not on that cooler.
