AMD FX-8350 w/ Zalman CNPS11X is that enough for overclock little

Hello guys ,
Im new at this overclock.Im trying to learn it here is my specifications ;
AMD FX 8350 - processor
GeForce GTX 760 - graphics card
16 GB Kingston HyperX Black Ram
ASUS M5A97 R2.0
Can i overclock with this if i can can u suggest me some settings thanks

Seems like it might be only slightly more effective than a stock cooler. I doubt it would be good for overclocking a 125w CPU. If you are insisting on running a HSF setup, then I would look more toward something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103189

Something like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181031 would be much more effective at carrying away the extra heat you'll be generating with overclocking.

Thank you for your advice i cant find good air coolers like this in my country but i m thinking about buy a water cooler can i reach the 4.4 - 4.3 ghz with this cooler ?

If your OCing a little, the Zalman will work fine. Do you have it or are you considering buying it?
