AMD FX-8350 WEI scores

Hi everyone, just a quick question for anyone who owns or has owned an AMD FX-8350.

I am buying one of these CPU's In a few weeks time (Pay day here we come!) and am just trying to figure out what sort of performance increase I can expect. I am currently running on an FX-8120. Still a fantastic CPU for the money, but I fancy upgrading to the latest Vishera chip anyway. below are my system specs and my WEI score. (I know that WEI is not an accurate depiction of a systems performance, but it does give a ball park.)

CPU - AMD FX-8120 OC'd to 4.2Ghz
GPU - Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 2Gb OC'd
C drive - Intel 520 series 180Gb SSD
Mobo - Asus m5a78l-m/usb3 (Will upgrade this at same time as CPU, suggestions please?)
RAM - 16Gb Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
OS - Windows 8 Pro 64-bit

WEI scores:

CPU - 7.8
RAM - 7.8
Graphics - 8.1
Gaming graphics - 8.1
Hard drive - 7.3 (I only have SATA III 3Gbps ports, hence the low score for the ssd. This is why I'm also upgrading my mobo. )

So, my questions are as follows:

1. What WEI score will i get with the 8350 on stock speeds
2. What WEI scores will i get OC'd (Stating clock speed, voltages etc. please)
3. What motherboard should I get? I need at least 3 SATA III 6Gbps ports, 1 x PCI-e x16 slot, 1 x pci-e slot and 1 x PCI slot (I would also like it to have the latest BIOS version installed ready for my CPU.) It also needs to be an AM3+ socket, obviously.

Any help regarding the above question would be appreciated, thnakyou!

7.3. WEI scores to the lowest component. Hence why everyone ignores WEI scores.

Eh I wouldn't upgrade from the 8120 right now. Your WEI won't probably even increase 7.8 is already so high.

Sorry, I should have made it clear, Its the CPU score that I am interested in, like I say, on Windows 8 my 8120 rates at 7.8 when OC'd to 4.2Ghz, but I am wondering what the 8350 scores on Windows 8 on stock clock speeds and when OC'd.

Dont get me wrong, I'm more than happpy with my 8120 a the minute, definatly wasnt one of my worst buys, but I am in a position where I can afford to purchase an 8350. BD And yu're right, I think 7.8 on an AMD CPU is pretty impressive when you caompare it to similarly priced intel counterparts.
