I am going to be building my first gaming pc this holiday. I am building on a budget because i want to have enough money for a keyboard, mouse, headset and games. I would like to have a good idea on a good $200 to $250 graphics card to pair with this cpu.

Hi, for the best deal on a GPU I bought some used R9 290X for 250-300 from a miner, but buy one from Asus or MSI because they can be RMA'd to the manufacturer without a receipt incase of failure, I bought 2 cheapos this way, they work awesome! Also AMD just announced the new FX8370E 95Watt less power needed more stability and same price as a 8350, they'll be in stores soon.
