[SOLVED] AMD fx-8370 overclocking?

Solution
4+1 VRM setup plus the fact that board technically doesn't support the 125w 8370(the cpu is not listed as supported by Asrock), you'd have be lucky if the cpu ran stable at stock clocks and voltages, but looking at your stress test image, you are not lucky. It's VRM throttling. You had 100% cpu load and the cpu was throttled to 1.4Ghz. Could be cpu thermal throttling as HW monitor is known to be inaccurate with the FX cpus. But given the board VRM throttling is the likely cause.

You can likely do a mild overclock -- it won't hurt to try -- but you'll be limited by the motherboard, which has a fairly anemic configuration for the voltage regulator modules. I wouldn't expect miracles, nor would I invest any money into this platform in order to make it a better overclocker.

OK, I know where are problems now . Sorry, I'm pretty new in these things🙂 And yes, HW monitor is right btw(unfortunately). Thank's

The new motherboard isn't sufficient and spending money in 2019 just to overclock a CPU on a platform that was dead by 2015 would be a poor use of resources. Any money that would have spent to upgrade such an old platform ought to be saved for something significantly better.
