AMD FX 9590 cooler & mobo

hello guys !
i have FX 9590 as my procie and looking for someone who are willing to help me to solve my problem
ok here we go

1. does Deepcool Captain 240 is good for my cooler ? actually i can take LEPA EXllusion 240 too, which one is better ? or you guys will suggest the other water cooler ?

2. the motherboard, which one should i take ?
-GIGABYTE GA-990FXA- UD3 R5
-ASROCK 990FX Killer (same price as gigabyte in my country)
-ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX (the highest price)

3. what CPU case would you suggest to me ? ( i've got 80 - 100 US$ budget)

any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated
