AMD FX-9590 CPU Cooler

I have an AMD FX 9590 and i'm searching for a cpu cooler that keeps my cpu cool and stable at the stock speeds. I don't overclock. I was thinking on Corsair H80i GT because my case is the Cooler Master Storm Enforcer so the H100i GT or GTX don't fit in the top. What do you recommend me guys? And if i get the H80i GT, should i get the SP120 quiet edition fans? Thanks!

A good motherboard is the most important component that keeps the FX-9590 cool and stable. If you do this wrong then your motherboard will literally catch fire. So which motherboard you're going to use it with?

I have ASRock 990FX Extreme9 so no problems with that.

Are you stuck with the 9590, it's a disaster. Costs a fortune in mobo, psu, cooling to get it to run and is still outperformed by a stock i7

If you do stick with it you really want a 240mm or greater water cooling solution plus some rigged up fan to help keep your VRM's cool

I think the 990FX Extreme9 is good for the FX-9590 without fans on the VRM's and all that as It's a premium motherboard that can support such high TDP processor.

I searched for the Noctua nh d15 already and i know it fits on my case but i don't know if its compatible with my motherboard.

The amount of heat a 9590 will dump inside the case with air cooling is challenging, a water cooling option allows you to dump that heat outside the case.

The 990FX Extreme9 is one of the best mobo's for it but some still have issues with overheating VRM's.

If i go to air cooling, i have a 200mm top fan and a 120mm rear fan. Is enough to blow the air outside the case?

I have answered his question. Why anyone would take on that cpu is beyond me and I'm trying to help him from becoming another thread about problems getting a FX9xxx cpu to run stable or is underperforming. Up to him but why make life hard for yourself

The advantage of watercooling is the heat exchange (radiator) is mounted to the case (or external) meaning the vast majority of hot air goes straight out the case, not flowing through the case where pockets of hot air can build up

Noctua NH-D15 = Compatible with every AM3+ motherboard.

Which one is better performance/noise?

I would choose the R1 Ultimate but wouldn't say It's noticably better than the 2 others mentioned.
