Below is my system I was just wondering if 750w is enough for this system?
Also I read somewhere that I need a minimum 1000w for the AMD 9590 CPU, is this true?

I would recommend you to reconsider buying the 9590. Anything above 8350 is a waste of money.
And if you're gonna ask why,
The 9590 runs incredibly hot, which in terms you NEED a heavy cooling solution.
Only a few motherboards support the CPU, and they're all expensive.
Power hog. It's almost 200 TDP which is insane.

I myself have the 8350, which i find very good, because it's performance is good with its price.
Either get the 8350, or get the i7 with another motherboard.

Adding on to other peoples recommendation to switch to the cpu is that if you are only going to 1080p gaming a 970 that has been overclocked will perform a minimum of 15fps better than the 390 but if you are 1440p or higher the 390 is a great choice.
