Which is the best amd fx processor am3+ socket for gaming?

Probably the 8350 , but wait for the new AMD platform to be released soon.

Best CPU? Top choice would be the FX-8350 or 8370, although the FX-8320 is right behind them (& all 3 can be overclocked to about the same ceiling).

Best motherboard? That depends on what you want: overclocking, SLI/CrossFire capability, eSATA, M.2, mATX vs. ATX, etc.

AMD is currently not worth it. An Intel i3 can pretty much beat anything they have. With ryZen pending, it would be better to wait as SR-71 stated. (fingers crossed AMD comes through)
