My PC Frequently shuts off with abrupt BSOD error. Configuration is as described below
Processor: AMD FX8350
RAM: 8GB Transend Fury DDR3 1866MHz
Motherboard: MSI 990FXA
Graphics: AMD R7 260x /2GB DDR5 OC3
Hdd: 6 Internal drives 1TB x 1, 500GB x 4 (DRUM), 150GB x 1 (SSD)
PSU: Corsair VS450
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
sometimes processor gets extremely hot but after installation of high speed cooling fan and suitable heat sink temperature is well under control. Shutoffs are occasionally abrupt and sometimes even with no BSOD.

Thanks

Crashes like you describe tend to be power related. According to this:
https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/
and this:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
The VS version of The corsair PSU is not one of the better PSUs, Tier 6 on one list and 4 on the other.
I would suggest replacing the PSU with a 500-550 watt unit from tiers 1 or 2 of either list.
