im currently running a amd FX-series 8320
Im wondering if their are any components i can upgrade to maximize fps,cpu and gpu in game without overheating, im mostly looking for a high end graphics card. and im wondering if their are some small fixes to create a huge fps, cpu and gpu performance spike on my fx series. website below to see all exact specs.

I was wondering what is the best graphics cardi can get that will not overheat my system and maximize my cpu and gpu in games like battlefield 3,4 or maybe even games with high expectations. Anyone?

Hi - As dasulman already mentioned, you need to post your budget for GPU & PSU.
Really no small fixes, you need a stronger GPU and that will require a PSU upgrade.

 
Solution
The other problem you have after you upgrade the gpu/psu is that your motherboard was never designed to properly support that cpu.
The board is only designed to handle up to 95w tdp, if pushed the 8320 can use up to 125w tdp. Thus the motherboard is bottlenecking your cpu. It is also not going to overclock so you are also loosing out on the factory overclocking it does.
