AMD FX Windows 7 Hotfixes

Anyone know if the hotfixes released for AMD FX are still relevant?

I've read in some places that they are still helpful and in others that they have been included in a Windows update.

Thoughts? Anyone have any experience with them?

Only for first gen Bulldozers. Piledrivers fixed the issue.

Yes, the fixes aren't relevant on Vishera/Piledriver architecture.
