AMD FX6300 MIT Overclock?

I'm really confused? How do I overclock my CPU to 4.0GHz, I have good cooling for ovdrclocking I just want 4.0 GHz to help performance a little. What do I change exactly on this screen to get 4.0 GHz? Sorry for being a noob lol.

I have something called MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T.) I have a gigabyte motherboard and I tried looking up guides but everyone's bios is completely different from mine.

Motherboard manufacturers all have their own software . Usually best to ignore it .

Is catalyst or AMD feature manager installed?

Use the software. It changes the BIOS for you while testing and keeping you at a safe temperature .

On the right click on performance , then cpu overdrive ,and then you have to click to allow it to start .

Dont let your pc go to standby or you have to start again . Just use it normally and lightly .
It runs the tests and gives to a slider to set the top speed of the processor
