AMD FX6300 not recording well

i have a fx 6300 and ta970 biostar mobo paired with r9 280 thet both overclocked cpu 4.5ghz and 1145mhz on gpu and the problem is i get 140fps in bf4 and soon as i start to record it drops 30+ fps and minecraft be getting 300+ fps and then drop to 10 please help.

Hello!

My friend has this EXACT same configuration, and is able to pull of good recordings.

What software are you using? My friend uses LoiLo Game Recorder which performs good, but primarily uses AMD ReLive which performs phenomenally. I'd highly suggest using ReLive as it doesn't require that much CPU/GPU performance to operate.
