amd fx6350 gonna bottleneck gtx 760?

will the amd fx-6350 cpu bottleneck the nvidia gtx 760? if so how much and what performance should i expect?

At some point in any game one piece of hardware will potentially be holding back others, unless you have vsync turned on and you have met that limit, so depending on the game you are playing the 6350 will hold back your graphics card and in other games it will not.

My advice would be to look at benchmarks for games you plan on playing for your CPU, then look at benchmarks for those games with your GPU, if they match up then you don't need to worry about a bottleneck. If the game is CPU heavy it's almost a given that your performance will not be as good as say an i5 or i7. It's up to you whether the difference is worth investing in a better CPU.
