Hy!My FX8320 overheats at 1.25v 3.5 GHz with a CoolerMaster 212x alonside with 2 Corsair SP120PWM fans!It passes on more than 6 hours of prime95 tests and aida64 but the problem occurs when I play games ,my pc shuts down completely after about 20-30 minutes of gaming.I don"t have airflow problems also because I have mounted 6 Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition coolers and also I don't have negative airflow inside my case.So...at this moment I am starting to ask myself if it isn`t a motherboard issue.By the way the motherboard it's an Asrock 970 Performance.I also have to mention that I have disabled every power saving mode like "Cool and Quiet,Core C6,C1..." and this "shutdown" thing experienced only after that. But with such strong cooling it should not even start to throttle at that voltage and stock frequency.
CPU : FX8320 @ 3.5 Ghz
Cooler : CoolerMaster Hyper 212x with 2 fans
RAM : G-Skill Ripjaws Z @ 2133 4x4gb kit
Mobo : Asrock Fatal1ty 970 Performance
Video : AMD Radeon R9 390 (Sapphire Nitro)
PSU : InterTech CPM-750 2 - 750W

Yep!Everything is up to date.Anyways....now I have to wait for my fx9370 to arrive to see if I can keep it cool enough with the Hyper 212x (which by the way I don`t think it`s Impossible). If no...I will go back to my cheap water cooler with the 2 corsais SP120 fans attached to see if I have better results.

After doing some research today I have shifted to TUF Sabertooth 990FX R3.0 alongside with the Cooler Master Seidon 240v which will replace my "Legendary 212x".Don`t judge me because I`ve opted for the 240v but it`s way cheaper than a H100 series and from the reviews that I`ve seen it seems to be the water version of the 212 Evo/X...I will report back in a couple of days when I will finish to install my new motherboard and cooler.Hopefully the CPM-750 rev2.0 PSU will hold it up with the R9 390 and the FX 9370.

Wait, you're seriously going to put a literal junk PSU in a build with a 220W CPU that suffers from notorious instability? When you already own an *8320* that you're unable to cool effectively? And you're actually *buying* a new motherboard to run a 9370?

Your entire plan here makes very little sense.
