[SOLVED] amd fx8320e heat and restart system

Hello everyone! and thanks for accepting me. i got an old PC and i wanted to upgrade a little bit for gaming.
i have a MOBO ASUS M5A78L-M-LX, and i changed processor from Sempron 145 to AMD FX-8320E. but sometimes OS restarts without advice and warning or system stuck and frozen with high temperature on board and the fan runs at high speed. I updated BIOS and change stock cooler, it is run ok for a couple of days, but the problems come out at the third day. Any suggestions? Many thanks!.

That MB is old and barely enough for 8 core FX, you might have to undervolt it and/or lower frequency.

It works best on 990 chipset boards.
