amd fx8350 heating after putting corsair h70

my rig is amd fx8350 asus m5a99x r2.012gb of ram corsair h70 liquid coolingcooler master k380 cabinet500 watt power supply ati r7260x.but my real problem is tht my processor is going from 45 c to 80c.what the real matter pls help me guys!

Re-seat the water block on the 8350. Also check the thermal compound. The water block is probably not sitting on the cpu correctly.

i did the same thing now the temp idle is 45c but when booted gives 38c?and later rises and as the program is shutted of it decreases,when i put the processor on high performance temprature rises gradually!i am using only one fan!
