Amd Fx8350 & Noctua Nhl12 low profile

I am planning to buy FX8350, my cpu fan is the noctua nhl12 low profile , would this be sufficient to cool it at stock without overcloking?

Should be just fine. I'm using a Noctua NH-C14 with my 8350. I'm doing primecoin mining, so I'm running full out 24/7 and my temps never go above 52. Under normal usage, even normal heavy usage, that NH-L12 should be more than up to the task.
