AMD Gaming Build Upgrade

Hello, I built this http://pcpartpicker.com/user/alanhenry/saved/1x7t as my first attempt at building a computer because it was cheap. Now that I seem more confident in my building abilities, I wanted to upgrade this budget build to a more gaming-level performance. I don't want anything crazy, I was just looking for suggestions of which components I should upgrade and which new parts I should buy. Thanks.
