AMD Gets Sued

I think someone may have already posted this, but decided to post it anyway since I have never heard of AMD getting sued like this.

Just another company trying to make money off the success of others by implicating that the bigger and more successful company (AMD / Intel / Nvidia / ATI, etc.) stole their technology ~~~
Its all been done before, there are thuosands of these cases in the IT industry every year.

Worth a try though, if they win and AMD has to pay them, they could probably keep the company running for another year or two.

If they cant make money selling their goods, might as well say that someone stole their technology and take their money ~ thats good thinking!!

Thats money saved on marketing and channel distribution as well.....fantastic

just another frivolous suit brought on by a company that thinks it can get away with it. AMD is a huge company and will crush this little upstart in a second. If they really were infringing patents it would have come to light a long time ago. This is just a complete waste of the courts time

Thing is, where would humanity be today if no one copied anyone else.
