After checking all external cables and internal connections, I'd replace the following items in this order: 1). Monitor 2). RAM 3), GPU 4). PSU 5). Boot drive 6). CPU 7). Mobo If you don't have a big box of spare parts, take the computer to a repair shop or buy a new system.
