AMD GPU Flickering idle

Hello, this is my 3rd AMD gpu and im not really worried about the flickering screen on idle, its a common problem of amd cards for years i had 2 more gpus and eventually some drivers fixed it but seems like im having the same problem with my new rx580 now the question is if this problem is caused by the mem or the core itself? im setting the clock states on radeon wattman, gpu come with 300/300mhz on idle and seems like i fixed it changing the idle state to 600/1000 but i wont to run the mems at 1ghz all the day because wattman only let you put the mems at half so basically i want to know if the artifacts are caused by the mem or the core, with the idle state that i made the flickering is gone so the gpu its not faulty, just the same bug for years of lazy AMD devs thanks

Here you go.

You clearly see no 2D clocks, but as I said, BOOT, POWER SAVING or DEKSTOP, AND 3RD "Full clock mode".
Same as in wattman, you have states from 1 to 6.
1 being idle lowest clocks on desktop 150/300, and state 6 being full power 1266/2000 for my GPU RX 480.

For me its hard to find guide which allows you to FIX that unless you edit bios and set higher idle states, as you mentioned as question
i fixed it changing the idle state to 600/1000

Its amd thing, from tahiti since ever its broken.
I could fix it by changing refresh rate couple times and restarting PC, same with upping the PCIE clock, never had issues with...
As I know, usually by low 2D states, very under the clock usually was with hd7000 series and refreshes r7, only way I can think of is fixiing states of last state (state 6 or 7 ) to all states , try it out.
Ive had issues with two r7s not with Rx480 except big coil whine which vibrates the gpu....
Or flashing custom bios?

But those are 3D clocks, you need to change 2D.
Yeah 3D are for games, 2D are for desktop and basic stuff that doesnt ulitilize the 3D GPU etc.
But Im not quite sure which program can modify an 2D clock, if you are still windows 8.1 and lower you can download asus GPU tweak 1 NOT 2, and find settings to increase 2D clocks, MSI AF had those settings but I think they removed it long time ago....
You can blame amd for that.

i dont know if you dont read or you are just retarded, 300/300 are the gpu on IDLE 2D, i said like 10 times, nvm dont try to help people if you have no idea how to fix it, 300/300 3d lmao do you think i have a 1995 GPU or something?

Dude, sorry but youre wrong, idles are not 2D clocks!!!!!!!
They are seperate I know since I fiddled with those settongs, and im going to magically prove you on r7 250 that 300/300 your is power saving state.
GPU has states boot, windows idle (that shit what does to your gpu),
Since you never dkne bios mod.
