AMD GPU not changing Mhz

OK. So had a 390 that died so put in an old sapphire 280X and the MHz are at 870.

Ive done a clean install of drivers but i can't change the MHz up or down using Crimson, CAM or MS. it seems to be locked at 870 MHz.

Any help would be good.

Hmmm, clear CMOS maybe, Check for updated bios for GPU or Mobo.

It'll be software related. Uninstall every gpu software you may have and run ddu again.

Install ddu http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Then boot to safemode, run ddu, select Amd and let it uninstall and restart.

Uninstall all gpu utilities first

That's the whole point of using DDU - - it completely uninstalls AMD/NVIDIA GPU drivers, leaving no remnants behind:
