Yesterday my new gpu came so i hooked it up and started my pc it booted and then i put the cd that came with gpu it started installing drives than black screen so i turned off pc and turned it on and it only shows win 8 loading than black screen no login window. So i changed gpu to another one that are nvidia and it started allright so i deleted amd driver idk if i did it right and put my pc to boot in safe mode than again changed back to my amd gpu and it booted up fine so i left it to stay like that for 20 min and it was allright so i restarted my pc and put it to boot in safe mode with networking then some weird lines started showing up on screen and some flickering so i turned off my pc is there any way to fix this or it is gpu problem.

Most of us learned long ago to never use those CD's. The drivers on those CD's is almost always obsolete.

Somehow, your video card drivers appear to already be corrupted. Lets remove them, and then do a clean install of the latest drivers.

1) Boot into Safe Mode with Networking. You do that by turning the power on, and then holding down the F8 key until you get the safe mode menu.
2) Uninstall all AMD video card related items.
3) Restart your computer, and go back into Safe Mode with Networking
4) Download CCleaner
5) Install and run CCleaner. On the left side, there is a registry button, then analyze, and then fix any issues found.
6) Restart your computer, and go back into Safe Mode with Networking
7) Download the latest...

9) Reboot and let the system go to the desktop like you normally would.

That should get you up and running.

so i have a question if psu have 80 plus badge than is it good or it does not matter also is 500 wat psu enough for this pc
AMD Phenom 9850
r7 360
4gb ram

Depends on what quality parts were used to build the power supply.

Even a total piece of junk power supply can pass the 80+ test. But if they used cheap chinese capacitors, in a year it will already be dying. You want a power supply that uses all japanese capacitors. You want a manufacturing process that is capable of soldering hundreds of itty bitty parts to a board without leaving solder globs on the same board. And these are things that you cannot easily see on a web page or even at a store. Nobody is going to pull the outer cover off of a power supply to show you what the insides look like.

That is why there is a list here at Toms covering most of the power supplies that are being reviewed by this and other websites. And the people that maintain that list know what they are talking about. So it is a unique resource to point you toward good power supplies, and away from cheap ones that are likely to cause problems.

This list is broke down into 5 tiers, and a huge list of not tiered power supplies. Tiers 1 and 2 are then power supplies we want to see people buying. They are good units with good parts inside. Anything in Tier 3 and lower we ask people not to buy. Tier 5 is so bad, we ask that they do not turn that power supply on again.

In addition to what the list shows, I tell people that any Seasonic or XFX power supply is a good power supply. Some of their units are on this list, others are not. But they are very good units, and should be automatically considered to be either Tier 1 or Tier 2.

And here is the link to that list:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

And yes, a good quality 500 watt power supply would be more than enough for that system.
