AMD Graphics Card Help

I recently got my AMD graphics card (R9 208x Toxic) and for some reason when I plug in the 2 6 pin connectors, the computer turns and works, but can't detect my graphics card, when I plug in 2 8 pin connectors, the computer turns on but it doesn't display anything.

Can someone help?

You need both 8 pin plugged in and the monitor directly connected to the graphic card.

Specs:

-PSU: Corsair CX750M (750 Watts)
-GPU: R9 280x Sapphire Toxic

My case has 3 built in fans

The CPU (Intel) came with a fan so I have a small little fan for it

The graphics card itself had 3 fans built in

And lastly the power supply itself has a fan for the power supply only
