Question AMD Graphics card RX570 keeps crashing/freezing

I bought this graphic card 1 week ago and randonly it freezes, get black screen and even get blue windows screen error.

my pc specs:

CPU: i5 9400f
GPU: RX 570
PSU: evga 500W
MOBO: h310m h 2.0 gigabyte
RAM: 8gb ddr4 hyperx 2400mz

(it also freezes 2 times while i was typing this)

the error is ('your graphic card stopped working but returned sucessfuly")

can someone help?

COULD BE THE CARD , could also be a power issue.
