I have been reading of Amd graphics cards not working with Linux is that true?
I can get the 480 8 on facebook market place for 150 and the guy says i can see it working .
I am interested in getting RX480 or should i go with the Nivada GTX1060 3 thats as far as i can go at todays over priced market of graphics cards.200 pounds max.If the RX480 does not work Linux i will have no choice but to go with the GTX1060 3 the 6 gig version of the 1060 cheapest on eBay 250.The GTX1650 at 230 new.Or this one pre owned Nvidia GTX 1650 4gb Gaming Graphics Card MSI AERO ITX OCV1 £179 sadly no make an offer on that one.

The Rx480 might work, scroll down to the supported OS's
https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-radpro-lin-16-40
Thanks for that ,but i think it would be a risk buying a AMD card.S o i will go gtx1060 3 which i see is better than the 1650 one.
I take it this is fake?https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/8jAAAOSwLX1gt0AK/s-l1600.jpg. Veineda Graphics card GTX 1060 3GB 192Bit GDDR5 Video ard PCI-E 3.0 for nVIDIA. I wish eBay would stop selling fake stuff on there.I thought all the fake stuff came from China this is a uk seller?
