Hello everyone,
since the last couple of months ive been getting ''AMD detected a driver timeout'' and my screen goes black for 1-2 seconds with the error message coming up. ive tried everything i could find on google/youtube but nothing seems to work. i cant even open the Radeon software tool anymore.

ive tried the DDU clean install and factory reset.
took out all the parts and put them in again ( just to make sure everything is connected )
even did a whole windows reinstallation because desperation ( kinda a strong word but cant explain it any other way )

i made some screenshots with HWinfo maybe that could give some extra info. i have no idea what im looking at to be honest

whenever i played videogames it never crashed only when im on the internet or watching a movie.

if im missing any info that is needed please let me know and ill update it ASAP

It's a common problem, we were getting it too with the RX480 on my son's system. I uninstalled the GPU drivers and cleaned up all residual driver setting, files, folders and registry settings by using Display Driver Uninstaller. Then re-install the latest AMD chipset drivers and graphics drivers.

If you don't overclock your GPU, and have no intentions to, do a 'driver only' install.
