amd hd6950 wont flash

i wanted to flash my msi r6950 tf3/oc pe it wouldnt flash cuz i get subsystem id mismatch how can i fix this or flash it another way?

What tool are you trying to use? Also, where did you get the file from that you are attempting to install?

i first tried atiwinflash 2.6.7 and 2.7.4 but they both gave me a message subsystem id mismatch
and i also tried rbe and it seems to work but when i reboot its exactly the same and i used a sapphire bios cuz they sad on other forums it works best ps sorry for bad english
