AMD HD7950 stopped getting detected

hi,
For three weeks now, i have been trying to find a solution that would solve my problem, but none have helped me so far.
the problem is that my hd 7950 stopped being detected, i have tried even solution in there, and note that only one of the fans is spinning.
i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, trying it in the other PCIE, trying it in another computer, and other stuff too.

well if only one fan is spinning and the bigger clue its not working in other computers sounds like the card is dead.

Solution is to get a new card. sorry

Isn't there a way to check if the card is really DEAD or something ?

trying it in another computer-----not working in two different computers is a pretty good check that its the card and not anything else. could try it in a third one though.
